TIE Kinetix and CGS Enter Strategic Value-Added Reseller Agreement

CGS BlueCherry® customers will benefit from cutting-edge EDI technology

TIE Kinetix announced today that they have entered a five-year value-added reseller (VAR) agreement with Computer Generated Solutions (CGS) to enhance CGS’s end-to-end supply chain platform, BlueCherry®, with the implementation of cloud-based EDI technology and optional VAN support. The upgrade aims to accelerate digital transformation initiatives for new and existing BlueCherry® users in the retail industry, specifically fashion.

The agreement accelerates TIE Kinetix’s core initiative to help businesses eliminate blockers and achieve 100% digitalization in their supply chains. In line with the company’s ambition, CGS BlueCherry® fits the increasingly preferred ‘no-code, low-code’ software model and delivers digital transformation at speed with its highly configurable application-based modules. TIE Kinetix’s cloud-based EDI solution, FLOW Partner Automation, enhances the platform by introducing next-level document exchange capabilities for increased speed and greater transparency across operations. Moreover, TIE Kinetix will provide VAN support to CGS BlueCherry® users for an additional fee.

The CGS BlueCherry® VAR agreement supports TIE Kinetix’s strategic partnership focus and strengthens the company’s market position in the retail industry, one of its primary goals for this year. During the five-year contract period (with optional year-by-year extensions thereafter), CGS will promote and sell TIE Kinetix solutions to their entire customer base, which includes, but is not limited to, BlueCherry® users.

The baseline contract is valued at approximately $600,000 over five years. However, TIE Kinetix anticipates an additional $1 million in revenue per year from VAN contracts.
